Choose your provider
- 23andMe: Request Raw Data and look for the genome ZIP file.
- AncestryDNA: Open DNA Settings, then Download or delete, and choose Download DNA Data.
- MyHeritage: Request the manager-only export and use its 24-hour email link.
- TellMeGen: Use the raw data export; support is newer and less tested.
Not sure what you have?
A raw DNA export is usually a ZIP or text file containing rows of marker data. It is not a PDF report, screenshot, or family tree. Read the supported-provider comparison or the guide for older DNA test results.
